I am a writer who walks the wild to experience its unpretentious being and to find my own creative voice. The contemporary world is plagued by disingenuous and, worse, malevolent intentions. Its daily call to power and self-absorption sucks our attention away from that which is significant, warm, musical and essential to our compassionate engagement with each other and everything non-human. In this lack of attention will be our human undoing. I follow my writer’s trail to the wilderness whenever I am demoralized by this arrogance, and there I rediscover deeply engaged vitality and hear my own voice. Join me.
